Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup Gnarly Safari Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-7 minutes.
Add bell pepper, broccoli, and onion to the pan, sautéing for an additional 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix Gnarly Safari Sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
